If you contact us by email, we receive your address, message and any details you choose to include. Please do not email payment-card numbers, passport details or other sensitive information.

Website delivery and security

Firebase Hosting, provided by Google, serves this website. The hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver and protect pages, including an IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL.

Bookings

This website does not take bookings or collect payment details. When you follow a ticket link, you leave Sandboard.capetown. GetYourGuide and the relevant activity provider handle booking information under their own privacy notices and terms.

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZGLLY0ETJ1) to understand visits and how people use the site. It can collect page views, approximate location, browser and device information, and session data. We do not run the GetYourGuide partner tracking script on this site. Following a ticket link takes you to GetYourGuide, which may use cookies or similar technology under its own policy.

Information you email us is used to answer your enquiry and maintain necessary records. We may also process information where required by law or to establish or defend legal rights.
